Who cannot receive nutritional advice?
Those who are pregnant and/or breastfeeding, diagnosed with diabetes, cancer, coeliac disease, renal disease, IBS, IBD or any medically diagnosed eating disorder such as anorexia bulimia.
Anyone on any prescribed medication for blood pressure, cardiovascular disease or high cholesterol.
If you have any of the above listed diseases or conditions, please see an Accredited Practising Dietician for nutritional advice or support.
How many sessions will I need to see results?
This depends on what you are trying to achieve. The minimum I would suggest would be 2 visits, the first initial consult to see where you are at nutritionally and receive feedback and suggestions including an example meal plan to follow. The second visit will be a follow up to see how it is working for you and to make any required changes.
With long standing issues, such as digestive/gut problems, weight management or other complex issues, a minimum of 6 visits or more.
